Q. Do you have a delivery service?
A. Yes. We offer a free local delivery service.
Q. I want to order but I’m moving out of the area?
A. We can still take your order and deliver to your new home. We deliver free of charge within a 30 mile radius but will do national deliveries at a chargeable rate.
Q. Do you have items for immediate delivery?
A. We do keep certain items in stock for immediate delivery but due to the vast range of furniture we offer most is available to order..
Q. Do I have to pay for the furniture on ordering?
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash or personal cheques.
Q. What if I’m not quite ready for the furniture when it comes into stock?
A. That is not a problem. We have an on site warehouse and a further out of town warehouse where we can hold your furniture till you are ready for delivery.
Q. What happens if the furniture I have ordered is too big to go upstairs?
A. Don’t worry about that. With all orders we offer a free assembly service, so all larger items will be dismantled and re-assembled at your home by our experienced delivery team.
Q. Do you have parking facilities?
A. Yes we have a private car park at the side of the showroom with ample parking spaces
Q. Can I buy directly from your website?
A. We encourage customers to vist our showroom rather than purchase over the internet. We feel that viewing items online cannot compare to seeing the products 'for real' - you can't feel the textures or sit on them to make sure they're just want you want!
